Our boneless Shin of Beef is a delicious cut of meat for slow cooking. The shin has a little more connective tissue. However  when cooked long and slow it melts away to make a very tender, hearty stew.

Cooking Instructions

Cook in a preheated oven at 190°C / Fan 180°C / Gas 5 for:

for 70-75 minutes

Remove from the oven and rest for 5 minutes. Ensure the product is piping hot throughout.

use the juices to make a deliciously rich gravy and serve.
