Exactly the same as fillet steaks in flavour and taste, however it is the tail which leads off from your traditional centre cut fillet so it is more narrow and thinner. Our master butcher has trimmed and diced fillet tails for you to enjoy this tender, lean diced fillet which is amazing in a stir fry or curry.
