Our deliciously mouth watering fillet tail strips are ideal for many recipes. Exactly the same as fillet steaks in flavour and taste, however it is the tail which leads off from your traditional centre cut fillet so it is more narrow and thinner. It is ideal for a tender fillet steak stir fry or in a Russian stroganoff.
