If you wish to cancel/change your order, you may do so within the 24 hour period prior to collection/delivery. Please get in touch by phoning us or through email/Facebook and we will be happy to help.
Once your online order has been placed and we begin to process your order (24 hours before collection/delivery) it is nonrefundable and cancellation is not accepted. If a product is not available that you have ordered we will get in
touch and look for an alternative or refund, depending on each customer’s decision. If you are unable to collect your online order and we cannot get in touch with you within 48 hours, you may lose out on your order and will not be refunded.
Ordering online for delivery
If you are not home to receive your online order, we will leave the goods in a cool box with ice packs to ensure your order is kept fresh, in the designated safe place that you have stated with your order (for example: a shed or a neighbor’s
house). Once someone has taken receipt of the order or left your order in the designated safe place, we are not liable for loss or further delay of the goods. All local online orders will be delivered personally by one of our Charles McHardy refrigerated vehicles.
We pack all products in vacuum pack bags or sealed trays to ensure maximum freshness, keeping your order at the optimum temperature during delivery, allowing us to deliver the best of quality for you to enjoy.
