Our family’s long history in butchery began in 1935 when my grandfather, Robert Mackie Clark, bought a small butcher shop on Inverbervie’s main street. It progressed through the years and became a busy family run business.
We provide a service and quality that you cannot find anywhere else, buying only the best of Scottish meats from farm to plate.
Locally sourced meat as well as highland game, ready prepared dishes, marinaded stir-fries, kebabs, burgers, sausages and a great selection of homemade pies. We also have seafood, vegetables, sauces and condiments.
